Garden Party Hire is based in Nottingham and proudly serves the entire Midlands region, including Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, and beyond. While we specialise in events across the Midlands, we also offer marquee and equipment hire throughout the UK. No matter where your event is taking place, we’re happy to discuss how we can help bring your vision to life.
We’ll email you a two-hour delivery time slot a couple of days prior to your event.
We’re pretty good at arriving on time, some clients say they can set their watch by us. But if we are running a few minutes late we will ring to let you know, and upon arrival we will work hard to ensure we leave on time so that we cause as little disruption as possible for you.
We please ask that you ensure that we have clear access and room to park a very large van.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons.
