Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event.

  • A security deposit is required upon construction or delivery.

Cancellation Terms

  • 28 days or more before the event: Loss of 50% deposit.

  • 14 days or more before the event: Loss of 100% deposit.

  • Less than 14 days before the event: Loss of 100% of the total amount.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Garden Party Hire.

Overdue Accounts

  • All overdue accounts will incur compound interest charged at 10% per seven days or part thereof, calculated daily from the due date.
