At Garden Party Hire, we’ve supplied furniture for hundreds of bespoke events over our 20 years in the business, including birthday parties, charity events and weddings.
So, how can we fit out your venue?
After organising your event date and estimating the number of guests you can expect to attend, you’ll need to turn your attention to party furniture hire – particularly seating and dining tables if you’ll be providing food and drinks.
Perfect as dining chairs or seating for presentations, we provide bistro chairs available in both white and black – these chairs are incredibly sturdy and offer a premium look, which will make your event feel even more special.
Additionally, for added comfort and warmth, you can hire plush olive seat pads to pair with each chair!
What’s more, for big events like weddings, anniversary celebrations, and charity galas, you can choose between a selection of chair covers complete with organza bows to add flare and décor to your seating.
Then, choose from a range of round banqueting tables, available in a range of sizes to accommodate all of your attendees.
Planning a children’s party? You can also opt for a collection of children’s tables and chairs, so your little ones can sit together comfortably at a height that best suits them.
If you’re looking to offer a separate seating area for guests to chill and socialise in, we have 8-seater corner rattan sofas within our party furniture hire collection.
These sofas provide an intimate and cosy space for chit-chat between friends and family who have retired from the dance floor.
Will you be providing food at your event?
If so, you’ll require a trestle table to lay out your delightful selection.
We highly recommend a trestle table and cloak to cover the legs of the table – the covering hides the table legs from view, and creates a hidden space underneath for storage.
Plus, it also looks incredibly professional and sleek in comparison to bare tables – perfect for tantalising the tastebuds of your treasured guests.
If you’re looking to provide additional seating outdoors, we can furnish the outside of your event with our large range of outdoor furniture – available to hire with speedy delivery.
We can deliver a selection of patio furniture and parasols to your venue, suitable for use throughout the year. This is ideal for both summer weddings where guests will be spending most of their time as well as a shelter for those desiring fresh air during Christmas parties and New Year’s celebrations.
